Went to beautican yesterday and lady gave me an eyelash tint but it has stained below my eyes. Now I look like I have permanent dark circles which I have tried to cover up with concealer. Please can someone let me know is there any remover I can use to get rid of it or will it eventually come off after new skin layer grows. I have tried normal eye makeup remover and it doesn't help. I can go back and kill this beautican...Eyelash tint stain?
i would go back to the beautican and ask her that question. or you could go for the emo look and put dark eyesahow allover eyes, just kidding:)Eyelash tint stain?
