i learned to do eyelash tinting before
it wont really make your eyes stand out
it will if your eyelashes are blonde and you change it to a darker colour
but what it does actually is just changing the color
it's not dangerous if it's done by professional
you need to advise the person that you're wearing contacts too, maybe you need to take them off

if you want to go blind then, sure get your eyelashes tinted. if you would like to remain sighted, then use mascara. my question is this, why do you think you need this?
