try salons direct for navy eyelash dye, do not know about lip stick, they might do it.
Navy eyelash tint can be purchased from Sally Hair %26amp; Beauty. There should be one near you. They are all over the UK. They stock it in 3 makes. Combinol, Salon System and Mercia complete with the developer.
The lipstick I'm not sure about. But I would have thought that Max Factor themselves would have had the decency to at least reply to you. Who are these companies?
