yes, the tint only dyes your lashes but doesn't curl them so people tend to still use mascara. you could use eyelash curlers or clear mascaraIm getting semi-permanent eyelashes%26amp;tint am able put mascara on over this??
You can put mascara on but i think you have to purchase a special type of mascara from your beauty salon where you are getting it done thats what i had to do when i got semi-permanent eyelashes (thats if your talking about the lash extensions that last for 2 months)
If you just mean the removable ones you can apply and remove whenever then yeah you can apply whatever mascara/eye make up you like. Just do it after you have applied the fakeies. :--)
Oh and the tint doesn't matter apply what you like over the tint :-).
I think eyeliner is fine because i used it when i had mine done and nothing bad happened. They will give you instructions on how to take care of them properly so the last the whole 2 months :-).
