What are my legal options after having a servere allergic reation to eyelash tint?

I have had my eyelashed tinted many times before but never at this salon. What are my legal options after having a servere allergic reation to eyelash tint?
Probably not much, unless the reaction caused permanent damage which can be proved by a doctor. Otherwise, let the salon know about your reaction. At best, you may be able to get a refund. Be aware also that this may not be the salon's fault - a person can develop an allergy at any time. Hair dye and bleaches that you have used before without incident could cause sudden sensitivity. You shouldn't tint your eyelashes any more. Buy a coloured mascara instead. What are my legal options after having a servere allergic reation to eyelash tint?
They have most likely used a different formula. One that your particular immune system reacted too. The salon should report back to the manufacturer your adverse reactions so that they can either take the product off the market or publicise the potential for side effects.
